 That’s the code of conduct followed by every GG fan. From the very first episode, you loved them. You hated them. You wished you were one of them. Yeah, call yourself a Dan Humphrey if you please. We all felt the same way.

And just like Dan aka “The Ultimate Insider”, we’ve got some inside facts from your favourite show. Let me warn you first, there will definitely be spoilers. Sorry not sorry.
         1. Jan. 26 is officially “Gossip Girl Day” in New York, declared by then-Mayor Michael Bloomberg who visited the set and praised how it showcased the city.
.    2. The show was described by the Parent Television Council as being ‘mind-blowingly inappropriate’ and ‘every parent’s nightmare’. Promoters later used those descriptions for their promotional posters.

  3. The project was originally supposed to be a movie and Lindsay Lohan was slated to play Blair.

   4. The on-screen adaptations of the characters were all close to the original characters in Cecilia von Zeigler’s books.  All but Vanessa. She was meant to be bald and wear all black.
    5. The Empire Hotel that Chuck owned is a real hotel.
6.        After fans swarmed the hotel, the bar at The Empire started serving Gossip Girl-themed cocktails, including an “XOXO” cocktail with secret ingredients that they’ll never tell.
7.  Ed Westwick, who plays Chuck, originally auditioned for the role of Nate. 
8.      Producers didn’t want Ed Westwick for either role at first because they said he “looked more like a serial killer than a romantic lead.”

    9. There’s a Manga version of the Gossip Girl book series.

10.  There were plans to give Jenny Humphrey a spin-off show when she left for boarding school. Instead, Taylor Momsen left acting to pursue her music career.

11.  It was almost revealed that Dan was Gossip Girl right from the start of the series. In the first five minutes of the pilot, Dan is typing at the computer as the voice over happens. One simple edit and we were left hanging for six years!

The Mentalist

The Mentalist is a very interesting show about a man named Patrick Jean, a former psychic who has the ability to "read" peoples minds . He uses these same skills to work with the FBI, and helps them catch criminals. In return he also wants their aid in catching the person who killed his wife and daughter. The peculiar thing about this show is the wa y he use s h is ability to think in absurd ways helps him solve crimes. Putting himself in the shoes of the criminal and predicting the criminal's next move, as well as using a "mind palace" to store all important facts and  evidence of the case, are just a few of the things that he does. Patrick's ability to think in the most absurd fashion and come up with the most crazy reasons as to how a person can be caught or proven guilty is interesting. Nasty Battles #9 - Last benchers Vs first benchers

The classification - There are 2 kinds of students in a class- the outstanding ones and the others who are always standing out of the class. The former being the face of the class and the latter being the backbone. Idiosyncrasies - If a doubt is being asked in the class, the nerds frantically scan the textbooks for the answer while the other ‘chilled out’ kind is like “Just 5 minutes left for the lecture to climax ;)". The first benchers wish to get a degree to get a job (in hope of a ‘bright’ future) while the last benchers consider Facebook as their present and also their future (Who cares if it’s bright or not!?). The former crowd will always be on time, never call in a sick and would LOVE to work overtime (and basically salsa to the teachers’ rhythm).
