House of Horrors : Room 5

Room 5 : The Master Bedroom  The house that witnessed not one but several gruesome murders almost had a happy vibe to it, now that 14 year old Tessa was singing and dancing to her favourite songs all around the big, old house. It had been two years since the bodies of Ben and Emily were found and a year after the body of a young kid no one recognized or claimed was found. The police closed the case arriving at the conclusion that the kid, an orphan, was a victim of a horrible Halloween prank gone wrong. Poor, poor kid. The house was abandoned for not too long before it was wiped clean and put back on the market. The way Tessa giggled and twirled in that curse of a house, no one could ever tell it was a landmark of tragedy. “Did you see our room, darling? I painted it pastel blue just like you wanted” said 37 year old Ray as he walked up the staircase, leading little Tessa to the master bedroom. The master bedroom was quite spacious and simple. All it

He decided to marry Emily and adopt her child as a way to atonement.  Ben tried look for various houses around the city but due to some or the other reasons, the deal was called off. He had no other option but to stay in the same house. The house where he lost his father-in-law and  his son and where Emily lost her husband.  Emily gave birth to a baby boy , Sam and  Ben brought him up with all the love and care for Tim. Years passed and everything turned normal. With each passing day, Ben just prayed for the well being for his family and the spirit to rest in peace.  One day, while Sam was playing in the living room, his eyes met with a shining ball and he was instantly attracted towards it. He went to pick it up but that ball moved away. The chase began

Room 3: The bathroom "This is the best house you can get at this price, trust me", he was seen convincing a young couple, John and Emily, who were thinking of settling down and had zeroed in on this place. "The built is superb, I love its old craftsmanship. But .." Emily said to John. "But...what?" " There is something strange about this place. I don't know what " she replied. "Oh no, ma'am. Its just that you need time to adjust to this location. It's kind of unique" the man tried to persuade her. "You know what? We will take it. I love this location, there is a certain mystery behind everything here." John said. "Oh, very well, sir. Let us then complete the formalities". Both men proceeded to the study, leaving Emily alone. She was intrigued. She started exploring the place. The hall, the kitchen, the playroom, the guest's room, she had seen it all. Now, the bathroom.

Room 2: The Nursery HA HA! WRONG CHOICE. GAME OVER. A chilling Joker-like laughter came from the TV. Tim was at it again with his ridiculous video games. It was nearly midnight; way past his bedtime. With a sigh, I got up from my desk and switched off the TV. This resulted in a scream from Tim. “DAAAAAAD! I had almost completed the mission. You ruin everything.” The last sentence made my heart drop. Annie's death hit me hard, leaving me on my own to bring up our eight year old son, Tim, in her family home. “Tim, son, it's time for bed.” I said flatly. “No excuses.” Timmy groaned but didn't say anything as I picked him up and carried him to his bedroom. The stairs creaked with every step I took, making me wonder how old this house was… Nevermind. Not important. Tucking Timmy into his pillow-covered bed, I pulled his Bob the Builder blanket right up to his shoulders. “Daddy, I'm not sleepy…” He murmured. “Read me
