Passage 1: Chana Chor Uncle. 👳🏾

"For the last 42 years, everyday I wake up at six, and prepare the chana chips which takes upto four hours. I prepare the spices as well . And then, I set off. At times I earn upto Rs. 400 per day. Those are good days. At times, there is not even a single customer. Bad days. But now, the times have changed ; students prefer sandwiches and frankies. They ignore me, push me aside . My body cannot bear the daylong stress of roaming around. I want to retire, sit peacefully in my village. But, I have a family to feed. A wife and three children. For their sake, I must go on.It hurts, but it's okay, I'm used to it. Everyday I come with a renewed hope; maybe today will be a good day. "

The Mentalist

The Mentalist is a very interesting show about a man named Patrick Jean, a former psychic who has the ability to "read" peoples minds . He uses these same skills to work with the FBI, and helps them catch criminals. In return he also wants their aid in catching the person who killed his wife and daughter. The peculiar thing about this show is the wa y he use s h is ability to think in absurd ways helps him solve crimes. Putting himself in the shoes of the criminal and predicting the criminal's next move, as well as using a "mind palace" to store all important facts and  evidence of the case, are just a few of the things that he does. Patrick's ability to think in the most absurd fashion and come up with the most crazy reasons as to how a person can be caught or proven guilty is interesting. Nasty Battles #9 - Last benchers Vs first benchers

The classification - There are 2 kinds of students in a class- the outstanding ones and the others who are always standing out of the class. The former being the face of the class and the latter being the backbone. Idiosyncrasies - If a doubt is being asked in the class, the nerds frantically scan the textbooks for the answer while the other ‘chilled out’ kind is like “Just 5 minutes left for the lecture to climax ;)". The first benchers wish to get a degree to get a job (in hope of a ‘bright’ future) while the last benchers consider Facebook as their present and also their future (Who cares if it’s bright or not!?). The former crowd will always be on time, never call in a sick and would LOVE to work overtime (and basically salsa to the teachers’ rhythm). Last benchers, on the other hand, are those who OBVIOUSLY want to attend the class; but for the fun in their own sweet last bench-ly world (it does amaze me that how they manage to listen to the teachers).
