     About Suraj Dubey 

 1. A man who has experienced the employer and employee both in his 24 years of life span

 2. Started working since the age of 15 in a mill producing buttons of shirt and T-shirt

 3. Lost his finger in mill doing work at the age of 19 years .

 4. Having a responsibility of around 10 members he was inspired to start his own business and quit his old job

 5. Inspired from his friend who sold popcorns he also started selling popcorn in the year 2012 

 6. From around 30 to 50 packets a day in his starting days of business to around 150 packets a day now

      Business Model 

-Normally a retailer dealer but also takes wholesale orders.
-Main business model is kam kharche mai jyada faida
-Raw material used in popcorn making are very cheap in cost as compared to its selling price
-Around 50% from every packet is his profit 
-Raw material includes -corn seed and masalas used in popcorn like cheese and caramel and the per month rent of popcorn machine (150)

ABOUT MR. BAITULLAH

1. He had shifted to Mumbai in 1967. He worked in the service sector from 1967 to 1983.

2. His family business being scrap dealing he was motivated to start his own business. He first dealt in iron and steel and later on shifted to plastic scrap components.

3. His first business deal turned out to be a big loss for him when he had to sell scrap worth Rs.75 for Rs.21 per kg. He didn't lose hope and his second deal was a major profit where he sold scrap worth Rs.700 for Rs.4000.



BUSINESS MODEL

1. His business involves collecting rejected waste from various companies.

2. This waste is then segregated and eventually grinded.

3. They then make different packets on the basis of various colours and type/quality of plastic.

4. These packets are sold to manufacturing companies on the basis of quality requirements.

5. Work Area: He owns two shops in Kandivali and a go-down in Vapi.

6. Staff Details: He has two sons and 8 other workers who help him in the business.

CURRENT PROFIT RATE

He gets orders of 15 to 20 tonnes of plastic scrap per month with an average profit of Rs.5 on each kg. sold.
