Rama Tai Well, if we ask anyone to imagine about an old age home he/she will definitely think about a poorly constructed building where some sad old people are living, but when you see Rama Tai your thoughts about the old age homes will surely change.  An old woman in her 80’s with a smile on her face and joy in her heart greeted us with a great spirit. She moved to this nursing care in 2006 with her husband. Unfortunately, just after one year, her husband expired due to some kind of disease. But even after 10 years since the demise of her husband she smiles just like a 5-year-old.  When we asked for her view on this generation's behavior towards the senior citizens she said, “It is your loss when you misbehave with us, because you will never have the privilege of knowing the experiences that we have with us. The darks of the big world, soon wore off their masks, Once a bright ray of sunshine, now lost in the dark. No longer she thought of love, No longer she ought to find herself, Engrossed in killing the day, She sighed and hugged the night....
'Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds.'                                                                    - William Shakespeare That quote was the basis of constant discussion and disagreement between Nikki and me and perhaps what made us fall in love with each other. ‘Are you saying, that even if things got bad between us or we lost interest, you wouldn’t want to end the relationship?’ ‘Of course not! That won’t ever happen because when I say I love you, I mean it and you know what the wise old man had to say about love… Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds.’ That was such a weak argument but it always shut me up becaus...

Manoj Bhargava: Billionaire Monk “Follow your dream but make sure it’s the right dream, if your dream is to be a serial killer, please don’t”                             -Manoj We all want to make a difference but end up following convention by mindlessly chasing money and power. Manoj didn’t follow convention, he put in immense hard work and used his own head to find his way. Manoj was born in Lucknow and moved to Philadelphia with his family in the 1960s. He was super smart and for his undergrad degree, he got a scholarship in one of the most prestigious universities in the world – Princeton. While studying he did many odd jobs to pay his college tuition, like driving taxis and even manual labour. After finishing just a year at Princeton he decided to drop-out. “It was great for a year, but I left for the same reason n...
